The Get Active 2025 project aimed to empower participants by building confidence, improving physical and mental well-being, and enabling them to feel included in mainstream fitness spaces. This weekly session mixes both class and gym based exercise giving participants the opportunity to stay active alongside familiar, friendly faces and keep progressing together. Thursdays 2:15-3pm. These sessions accommodate people of all abilities, including those with physical, sensory, intellectual, or cognitive disabilities. These sessions focus on creating a supportive, accessible, and welcoming environment, often offering adaptive equipment, personalised exercises, and trained staff or instructors who understand diverse needs. The goal is to promote health, confidence, and social inclusion through physical activity tailored to everyone’s capabilities. Thursdays 10am-11am. Cost: £4
