Junior G4D Pathway Programme - Golf Ireland

Golf Ireland is introducing a Junior G4D Pathway Programme in 2025. The programme will support junior golfers with disabilities via regional group coaching events with High-Performance Coaches. To be part of the programme, players must make an application and meet the following criteria:   Criteria: 1. The golfer must be under 18 for 2025 (2007 birth or later). 2. The golfer must be a member of a golf club/I-Golf/ a golf4all programme/special Olympics golf club/society for golfers with a disability. 3. The golfer must have their own golf clubs. 4. The golfer’s ability must be at a level strong enough that they are playing on the course.   Applications for the programme are open now; the deadline is the 20th of December. Golf Ireland is introducing a Junior G4D Pathway Programme in 2025. The programme will support junior golfers with disabilities via regional group coaching events with High-Performance Coaches. To be part of the programme, players must make an application and meet the following criteria:   Criteria: 1. The golfer must be under 18 for 2025 (2007 birth or later). 2. The golfer must be a member of a golf club/I-Golf/ a golf4all programme/special Olympics golf club/society for golfers with a disability. 3. The golfer must have their own golf clubs. 4. The golfer’s ability must be at a level strong enough that they are playing on the course.   Applications for the programme are open now; the deadline is the 20th of December. Northern Ireland Disability Darts Association (N.I.D.D.A) play ranking tournaments for members only once a month in the North Club, we also host tournaments open to anyone in between ranking tournaments.
The criteria is anyone on pip/dla or if you don’t receive these and can get a letter from your doctor to say you have a disability, then this will be accepted, members must be 18+
We have 2 sections one is called World Inclusio ParaDarts and the other is World ParaDarts, the difference being World ParaDarts follow the paraplegic guidelines and World Inclusio is for people who do not meet the paraplegic criteria, perhaps even having invisible disabilities.
We have ranking tournaments, as we have a national team and this goes towards the selection, we are also affiliated to the World Darts Federation (WDF) who run the mainstream darts and have a circuit alongside their own tournaments for the World ParaDarts section.

West Belfast Sight Loss Walk -RNIB 10.30am meeting at main gate of Falls Park. Organized by DSNI - Two levels, a slow walk, and a faster walk. The group usually go for coffee in the local café for a chat.

A weekly walking group for people who are blind or partially sighted delivered in partnership with RNIB. The group also arranges regular social outings to new locations.   Guests and volunteers welcome.   The group meet weekly at  Falls park at 10.30am on Fridays.
