Banbridge Special Olympics Club

The Banbridge Special Olympics Club (BSOC) is a multi-sports club for individuals aged six and older with an intellectual disability, located in the Banbridge area. It offers year-round sports coaching in Athletics, Aquatics, Bocce, and Table Tennis, with the help of trained volunteers. The club was established in 2004 and focuses on developing athletes' social skills, fitness, and confidence through a variety of sports and competitions.

Birdies Special Olympics Golf Club

The Birdies Special Olympics Club is a golf club for athletes with intellectual disabilities, based at Silverwood Golf Club in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. The club is part of the larger Special Olympics movement, providing training and competition opportunities for its members. Athletes in the club have achieved significant success, including winning multiple medals in regional and national competitions.

It is affiliated with Special Olympics Ireland and is based at the South Lake Leisure Centre. The club offers various sports and recently launched a Young Athletes program for children aged 4-12. Ski Ability NI is a Special Olympics club that provides ski instruction to individuals with intellectual disabilities in Northern Ireland. The club operates on Monday nights from October to April and is a member of Special Olympics Ireland. The club has gained recognition for its inclusive approach and its athletes' successes, including competitive achievements at the Special Olympics Winter Games.   Monday 7pm-9pm
