Ballymoney Rapids Special Olympics Swimming Club
About
The Ballymoney Special Olympics Swimming Club is a sports group for athletes with intellectual disabilities that trains at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre. They meet on Fridays, with specific times for beginners and improvers, and children must be at least 6 years old to enroll.
Causeway Coast Special Olympics Club
About
Our club offers children and adults with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to take part in sporting activities in the Coleraine area. We currently offer Ten Pin Bowling and Swimming.

About
The Valley Leisure Centre run a class called 'Little Stars' for children age 5-10 with learning disabilities. The class runs at different times depending on the level of learning disability and is suitable for beginners right up to those who can swim and are water confident. 'Sharks' swimming lessons are held in Sixmile Leisure Centre are open to adults and children with disabilities.

Newtownabbey Swim Group - 9.15 to 11.30am, every Friday morning Valley Leisure Centre, Newtownabbey for people with sight loss. Meet in the foyer of the leisure centre at 9.15 with swimsuit on under clothing.

Swimming Buddies is an accredited Autism Swim centre the first of its kind in Europe. We also work in partnership with Belfast’s GLL Brook Activity centre to bring this essential life skill to more families.
