Junior G4D Pathway Programme - Golf Ireland

Golf Ireland is introducing a Junior G4D Pathway Programme in 2025. The programme will support junior golfers with disabilities via regional group coaching events with High-Performance Coaches. To be part of the programme, players must make an application and meet the following criteria: Criteria: 1. The golfer must be under 18 for 2025 (2007 birth or later). 2. The golfer must be a member of a golf club/I-Golf/ a golf4all programme/special Olympics golf club/society for golfers with a disability. 3. The golfer must have their own golf clubs. 4. The golfer’s ability must be at a level strong enough that they are playing on the course. Applications for the programme are open now; the deadline is the 20th of December. Swimming Buddies is an accredited Autism Swim centre the first of its kind in Europe. We also work in partnership with Belfast’s GLL Brook Activity centre to bring this essential life skill to more families.

Titanic Tigers Special Olympics Club started in 2019. It is a Young Athlete's Club for children, aged 3-12, with an intellectual disability in Belfast. We run a weekly session for the children to learn fundamental movement and sports skills in a fun and supportive environment with trained coaches and volunteers.

Wheelchair track training sessions - these are held at the Mary Peters Track (Belfast) on Thursday nights 5pm - 6pm for athletes aged 8-12 (April to October) and from 5pm - 6.30pm (all year) for athletes aged 12 and older.
